one thing that thows all of this off... "demon hutners would be good in BG's but not Arena".... well thing is this describes them like.. hunters, they are NOT hunters, they are NOT a ranged class, they are fel-infused warriors, think warlock with a sword. and warriors are incredible in arena, so are warlocks... i really doubt blizzard could entirely skip over that aspect of one of their most popular classes.

DK v 1. and demon hunter are pretty border line the same >.> DK v3 (in game) are more necromancer than warlock, warlocks focus on demons, DK's focus undead. but it still sands taht thye where never a ranged class, in fact demon hunter is more Demonology warlock than anyone else (look to illidan in warcraft 3). DK's are closer to shadow priests in their present incarnation.
