We want the prizes to be worthwhile, and ideally for when people win something, they are able to buy almost everything that is available from the MMOwned Market.

^ Agreed. Why make an MMOwned comp where entries that contain topics directly related to the majority of MMOwned's sections aren't allowed.

MMOwned is famous for botting/exploiting/hacking/ME/Emulation it's not famous for being a general knowledge, legitimate WoW playing site. Is the guide going to be published or sold somewhere else or something?

All the areas left out the of the competition have many other possibilities for competitions. Who wouldn't want to see best exploit video etc etc

Yes I'm not sure why it did that Drakefish, however only Admins can edit his posts. Anyways I'm sure you guys are all old enough to figure out how to get to the guides section

I can't even edit it, its because this link is mmowned.com/world-of-warcraft/guides which is missing the "Forums" between mmowned.com and world of warcraft. I would of edited it but seems you're right only the admins can edit it.

It really is a nice surprise to notice all these fellas putting hard effort to make this site useful for all of us.
I sincerely think it is very nice to be capable to share one's thoughts with everyone else and benefit from everyone's experience - only like this all of us will improve!
