To fix the starcraft error, try and copy all ".dll" files from \Versions\Base29755
to \Support\
(the same folder as Stormswitcher.exe)

Then open heroesconfig from the base folder.

this worked for me but i cant pass the login screen now

*all fixed now, when the login screen appears you need to alt-tab and click begin. sorry for my ignorance. thanks for the game

Thanks for the response, no luck for me though copied the .dll files some Versions folder to Support which replaced files w/the same name, still get the error even using the offline tool.

I downloaded the version 30414 and now i can open the game with HeroesSwitcher.exe i dont have the Starcraft II error but HeroesConfig.29755.exe can't open because its not the good version.

doesn't work on my bootcamp or normal windows. It has nothing to do with the version, i have tried B29755 and 3 other but the game does not start.
error 1: download the game data from the blizzard servers is an error occurred. please check your internet connection and try renewed later.
error 2: data of the heroes of the storm installations missing

You have to change the rights of the folder. On Mac you can use the command chmod 666 on it, works for me

The folders look to have all the rights.
TheShadowKing; do you have any idea on what is causing this? Did Blizzard change something which causes your tool to no longer work? Any info on your end would be great..
Also just curious if anyone still knows of a way to get into the tutorial? Would be nice to even try that out after all this :confused:

I know HeroesConfig is not compatible with 30414, but it seems to boot up just fine with no errors whatsoever.

Hiii1!! i ahve a problem with the game.
It works 100% in my laptop! but not in my desktop pc, even copying from my laptop it doestn work.

I open the Heroes Config.exe i choo se the game and map. i press the button Open game, It opens and until there everything okay. WHEN I PRESS BEGIN MATCH NOTHING HAPPENS!!! Dou you know what is the problem?

Windows Wolf 3.0 Beta 2
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU
Q8400 @2.55 GHZ 1.98 GB RAM

Anyway i fix my problem openign HeroesConfig.exe with this debugger: odbg110 (OllyDbg v1.10) U guys try to do the same aswell, maybe it will fix your problem too.

I've seen a lot of links for the music files, which is awesome. But I have to wonder if anyone could get all the latest voice acting? I've tried to do it
myself but I just suck at it, while youtube has -some- of them, it's old voices with a lot of them missing.

Mostly interested in Arthas voices, if that matters.
