He's not actually playing, Blizzard released Very High Quality videos of their shoutcasts with no commentary so fans can do their own.

No, those are minimaps for the real maps. The stupidly high detailed ones that are very large (>1 MB) are for things we don't have access to.

That first map is TryMeMode; the second one is Tutorial01.

And Blizzard reserves the right to push and takedown any uploaded unauthorized content everywhere, except sites/hostings where the law have no rights. Like mega.co.nz.

Blizzard reserves the right to a lot of things, but they don't exercise nearly any of their rights.

All cutscenes and soundtracks for their games are available online. Most companies do not allow that.
