Haven't played on it for 2 and a half month. It was botted to 37 in 3 weeks and since then I haven't touched it, so there are little to no chance of ever seeing a ban on this account.
The account really has no pokemons. Highest CP is 1900, so really no rare ones. I don't want to snipe as I have no idea how bans works with PGO botting these days.

Sorry to break the bad news but the market is saturated and even level 37 accounts with decent pokemon go for a few dollars only (10-15) & one with no rares & low CP mons maybe 5-10..

But the chances of ban are very close to 0, as it haven't been played for 2 months+ and still no ban.
