How come they are not banning GPS spoofers?

I'm ****ing banned and I only spoofed using NOX. I didn't have ANY Pokemon in the gym. I also spent $100+ (got everything refunded by Google)

what is NOX? I use tutuapp on apple iPad. I did not change anythign i dont think i have? tutuapp automacally spawned me into san fransico also it has the new tracking radar i live in the UK we dont have that yet

Post anti-cheat being enabled is all that matters:

- stayed in the same state as I'm located within about 1-2 hours
- left 12 hours between each time that I played on average
- stayed in the same location and would open NOX in that location each time
- edited build.prop and removed the NOX system info
- edited NOX settings to match build.prop
- only had (1) Pokemon in a gym ONCE
- "safe" settings

1-2 hours I think is too much tbh. On my alts I just move around my universities campus. I've done it for 4 weeks now and haven't got banned on either of my alternative accounts.

I used pokemon go++ on a non jailbroken iphone to travel 10-20 miles away from my home for 2 days straight to capture some dratini/charmander/magikarp, i used drive speed 4x i think, then i deleted the modified version of the game. Also i bought 2 accounts just to check dragonites/lapras/snorlax and other high tier pokemon i didnt have. I was stupid not to use a different device or acquire a new ip when logging in, anybody knows how likely am i to get banned on my main(level 24)?? Never used snipe/bots and no softbans afaik.
