unable to authenticate for 2 weeks but still havent received an email. am i banned?

Hey guys.

2 weeks ago i was unable to log in to my main account after botting 2-3 times on it.

I dtill havent received an email and everytime i try to see if i can log in i get "unable to authenticate"

Am i banned ir is there some other error? I have deleted and reinstalled etc... but no luck.

Do i need to waut for an email or can i appeal??

Any help is appreciated guys...

Finally got my Email today about the ban. Im hoping by next week i'll be unbanned but doubt it. They are slow with their responses and actions....
