Can't get rewards

Hello.

I'm using a bot and it works perfectly, after several hours later it can't catch pokemon and can't even get rewards from pokestop.
So I stop using bot for a moment and wait till 2 hours, after that I opened my account try to see if I still not get banned.

So I went to pokestop and spin it but it always shows "Try Again later" I tried different pokestop and also tried to spin it 40-50 times but it did not work.
And also when I catch pokemon they always flee. Can you help me ? thank you.
