Stop Softbans?

I just was wondering as I am running 2 bots in central park at the moment and I was wondering how long I would have to shut down the bots before logging back in where I actually am to avoid being softbanned? Some people say 15 mins but then some people say a couple hours.

You shouldn't be worrying about softbans as most of the bots can unban you.

If you're botting somewhere and then want to do some normal playing, and be sure to avoid getting a softban, which is what I assume you mean by your question.
Then it really depends on how far away you're from your botting location.
I've successfully botted in Central Park and logged in in Stockholm, Sweden, after 5+ hours.
Also worked with Yoyogi Park in Tokyo back to Sweden in about 4 hours.

If you don't mind the softban, then just set your bot to your actual location and have it unban you (or use a unban tool like quickspin) before you login.
