Coords/Snipe Discord Chat Bot

I have a map setup ATM but I want to have it post in a discord chat so people in my area can keep get notifications of them all without me or other posting them manually. I know there are heaps of Discord groups with this already and I want to set one up.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to set one up?
Or even if possible at all a Facebook poster if that's been done yet.

As far as I'm aware, all bots posting to Discord are custom made by whoever is posting them - I'm not aware of any standalone, downloadable program that will do it for you. That said, it's a fairly straightforward task as Discord has an easy to use API.

I'd bee nreading around and seen a few mentions of some script being posted here. Couldn't find it in my searching so was hoping someone would know.
