With the new update/nerf, which pokemons are now considered the strongest?

Did they mention anything about changing pokemon stats? I thought by nerf they referred to the spawn locations meaning there are no more 'nests' and you won't find hundreds of dratini overnight with a bot let alone any.

They also adjusted the skills of various pokemon. Vaporeon got a pretty big nerf. Some were made stronger. There's a list online showing the skills were adjusted but it doesn't show which pokemon the skills belong to.

From what I have read DPS was altered for most moves in the v0.31.0 patch. Read more about it here.

If you mean https://thesilphroad.com/research then you can actually click on the attack to see which Pokémon can have that specific attack.

IMO I say Weedle is the new Dragonite now because the buff for Weedle is HUGE! Before you can catch him with 1 Pokeball and now you will need to throw at least 15 Pokeballs to capture the OP critter! In other words Weedle is now god tier Pokemon. Weedles can rekt 3kCP dragonites in gyms now.
