How do you know they aren't just flagging spoofers/botters and ban them in large waves when they are finished with fixing important bugs?
If they ban people now they are losing tons of money because people are already pissed with Niantic not fixing stuff like tracker etc, I doubt people care about botters. But if they wait until they've sorted out every bug people will be really happy when Niantic announces ban waves on top of finally fixing the game.

So naive.. sooner or later they gonna start ban hammer, and first to get hit are indeed heavy botters like you with 100+ bots, because this is reason why servers are so unstable.

Why would they ban all accounts that have been botted? Most are made to be sold to legitimate players who are more likely to be p2p players. If anything, after removing all ability to cheat, they can simply make all the progression achieved by botting trivial. One simple way is make it super easy to get to level 40 and have their pokemon level up accordingly, then increase the level cap. Now everyone starts at the same level again and they pretend that cheating never happened. To mass ban is to admit there are tons are cheaters out there. How would that affect their image and the integrity of the game?

Because it is not intended and you gain an unfair advantage over actual legitimate players who spend their own time playing the game. You claim a legitimate player to be one who pays for an account. This is not true and I cannot understand how you could think that. If they intended you to be able to pay to win, which I do not consider the in game store to be - at least not quite yet, then you would be able to buy levels or candy.

The game is not meant to be maxed out in days or even weeks. You can. But it is intended to be played over a long period of time. Hitting max level should not be easy.

Positively. Not taking action on the other hand would affect it negatively.

Make no mistake, I bot 30-40 accounts, mostly because I am curious what will happen. I do not however bot on my main account because I expect there to be bans, I am just not sure how hard they will hit. Not expecting bans, even proclaiming that they would be silly and stupid for banning accounts that have been botted on is so naive and misinformed I don't even know where to begin.

I don't think I said that no action should be taken nor do I suggest that the increased level cap can be achieved in days/weeks. FYI, p2w = pay to win. p2p = pay to play. They're not the same.

Your opinions came across as naive. I tried to shed some light on why and still believe all of my points are valid. Furthermore, buying an account that is higher level than what you would have otherwise achieved is, at least in my opinion, pay to win and not pay to play. Which is why I used pay to win to describe it.

You might have wanted to make a new thread for that question. But anyways, there are two ways that are pretty easy:

• Pokémon Trainers Club: Use JDs excellent tool found here: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/poke...t-creator.html (PTC Account Creator)
• Google: Using Google Apps, but this requires you to have your own domain. If you do then you can create a list of accounts to create and import it. Though it is probably not recommended if you intend to sell the accounts as they will be in your domain.

Might be other ways for Google too. But since I have my domain and mail setup using Google Apps I haven't had to research any other way.

I can't agree enough Fadelol, bans will definitely be coming in the future. It might not be any time soon but one day in a couple months you might try to login only to find your account has been reset/deleted/just can't login
