Bot which collects less XP from pokestop

holla,
do we have any bot which, help me to farm a single Pokemon, without increasing my level up faster.
I want to farm eevee form the nest provided, [s]and currently using Maclone's ( Spegeli) bot.[/s]
( do not catch set in xml, for all except eevee)

but this is collecting too much xp from poke-stops & running away too far from the nest. as a result i'm only levelling up very fast and very eevee last 2 hours caught only 3

is there any setting i can make, which will only collect from pokestop once only in 10minute ( have over 180 pokeballs)
