After extensive testing on 3 laptops, 1 desktop and 2 different PoGo accounts with different settings, I came to the conclusion that Eternal Bot stops working after ~half an hour (and you're forced to restart the bot). I haven't determined the cause of it yet.

There is a limit of 7 way-points but when you enter the fields make sure you put an extra letter EX: for "A,B,C" try "A,B,C,D" i think there is a bug parsing the last letter.

Yeah, but it doesn't matter, the bot is seriously malfunctioning here. It only moves a few feet and then stops. I'm waiting for another update.

The bot is unstable but mine is still capturing pokemon and looting pokestops. I'm not using the path thingy because the pokestop on the map is not accurate (on my opinion) I've tried putting A,B,C, beside pokestops once, it didn't loot. I just let the bot roam anywhere and that way it looted the nearest pokestop it came accross its path. You have to watch for captchas though.

We fix path fallowing system. Now not have A, B, C. Captcha solves by anti-captcha.com, If you are too lazy to resolve.

I copypasted the 32-character code, like you posted before (hotfix).
EDIT: so I deleted the 32-char code and went back to original, bot was walking around and stopped at a waypoint, I got a captcha window, verification succesful, but my bot doesn't continue to the next waypoint -_-
