Still a bit blurred but what I can recommend:

1. Make sure you're opening the config file that's in the same bot folder (and inside "Config") as per HeroBot.exe you're running
2. Did you touch or alter any lines in the config file?

I can say that it didn't move to anywhere. That's why your location is still the same. Does your area have any Pokestops?

How can I check how many Pokemons I have caught? Because been running this with lower walking speed that default. Shouldn't be catching fast right? I did however include Pidgeys, Caterpies and Weedles as catches though (needed candies for lucky egg evolve)

Yes I did. But only configurations on which Pokemons to Catch, evolve and ignore. Nothing related to frequency of catching. Been running for a few hours with slow walk speed.

Try installing dotNet 4.6.2 and VC Redistributables
