I'd check your sniping configuration. "Allow catch : No" simply tells me to avoid catching?

First, check under the config.json file. Look for "HumanWalkSnipeConfig". There should be a line saying "Enable": true. If it's false, change it to true.
Else, go to your config.json file and copy + paste everything that contains "snipe". e.g. "HumanWalkSnipeFilters", "PokemonToSnipe", "UseSnipePokemonList" etc.

I'm sticking to the default but why is his not allowing catch when sniping. Mine showed something like this:
[10:31:23] (SNIPER) (HUMAN WALK) Found Magikarp spawning | lat: 3.1558781174557, lng: 101.71701552075, dist 199.60m , expired in 04 min 50 sec | Estimate : 03 min 06 sec |
Allow spin: Yes | Allow catch : Yes | Speed 4.18km/h
His showed "No" for both.
Scratch that. Just encountered the same thing. Seems like it's not working for Dragonites?
[10:58:44] (SNIPER) (HUMAN WALK) Found Dragonite spawning | lat: 3.1574239069625, lng: 101.712294817066, dist 402.73m , expired in 12 min 60 sec | Estimate : 06 min 01 sec | Allow spin: No | Allow catch : No | Speed 4.18km/h
Also, found this line under "HumanWalkSnipeFilters". Could this be the cause?
"Dragonite": {
"MaxDistance": 3000.0,
"Priority": 1,
"MaxWalkTimes": 900.0,
"CatchPokemonWhileWalking": false,
"SpinPokestopWhileWalking": false,
"MaxSpeedUpSpeed": 60.0,
"AllowSpeedUp": false,
"DelayTimeAtDestination": 0

I'd leave that alone. Seems like it's generated the first time you open up the bot. Basically stores information of a mobile device. The phone it'll simulate. Can vary every time you do a fresh start of the program.

This is my first time using a bot for pokemon go and it seems I may be missing something. The program crashes every time I run it.

It'd be really helpful for the OP and the rest if you could post a screenshot of the error message. Or just copy paste it here. We'd be willing to help.

It just looks like the normal error message when something crashes in the computer.

Did you, in any way, alter the config file? Open your config file and copy paste the whole section of "PokemonsNotToTransfer".

Oh, I did tweak something there. I copied the original config and it seems to run properly now. Thanks a lot!
