The bot looks really nice but is there a way to disable sniping? i heard thats one of the main ban reason...

I found the problem. It's in "HeroBot.exe". Its because it was compiled from a .bat file. No harmful virus of any sort. If you don't trust the application, then use this .bat file.
HeroBot.bat: MEGA
Simply copy paste the file in the HeroBot folder. So, instead of running the .exe file, run the .bat file

does it have to option to restart when pokemon catch in last 23 hours hit less than x value? or run for x time then stop for x time/repeat

Its inbuilt KillSwitch protection allows only 898 pokemon per 24 hours
After that the bot closes automatically
