they can easily detect Nox because of the device use when in Nox

Used NOX and did not get banned.
Used Haxton on same account and did not get banned.
Built 7 different accounts to level 35 and did not get banned.
Captured every gym in my town and left at least 3 pokemons with over 2500 CP in each gym and did not get banned.
Raised most of the gyms to level 7 and ruled them all and did not get banned.
Banwave came and all were banned.

nothing is safe even legit playing when people around you likes to report anything they dont like to niantic as cheating.

He's now using Memu and playing 4 hour max a day (most of the time for hatching eggs ) the rest outside Semi-Legit.
