Its because the programm logged in too many times, your google account ist new and you probably used a proxy? It has nothing to do with niantic.

Okay this is weird but I'm not getting the failed to get data from server error anymore, instead when I try to login my banned account, it now says 'Unable to authenticate' wonder if the account is permanently deleted or what.

Your claiming your entire Google account was disabled because you botted in Pokemon Go? Because that is what your photo attachment seems to be suggesting. I seriously doubt that is the case. Niantic can only ban your Google account from logging into the game, they have zero control over your account itself.

You must have done something else to get Google to disable it.
