They spawn quite frequently at Pier 37 in SF and also Circular Quay in Sydney. Playing there, would encounter 1-2 an hour. Not as good as the dratini nests of old, but better than nothing.

I have done something similar to you using the pokesniper + pokevision but I am rather a beginner in programming, so my product is not as good as yours. It is still happy to know someone shares same ideas as me. Btw, can you share how do you compile the python code of pokevisonfinder into an exe?
