This is not used in PokeFinder3.

Again as I stated in the original post, those settings are used by the "Auto Sniper" feature of PokeSniper.... that isn't how PokeFinder3 works.Sorry

Can you use PokeSniper2 Manually? This only works with a functioning PokeSniper2, check you're not banned, check you have latest version.

Its the safest way to snipe. IMO, but this tool is flexible, so, in theory you could snipe every 2 seconds for infinity and you'll surely get banned.

It all depends on how you use the tool, Like I've said, sniping at 180 second intervals will keep you under the "Theoretical" ban limit.
