Is it still safe if i play pokemon go on nox or another emulator?

Just like the title dudes, all my 35+lvl got banned and only left one account with lvl 32, that i didnot give a **** for a long time. But on that account i only have pidgey, caterpie, weedle, rattata and their forms after evolution. You know Po Go is still a hot game but it is too difficult to play like legal player in my 5km radius town with only 2 pokestops. So i want to ask a question: will i get banned if i play on NOX and where can i play to get rare pokemons like dratini or eevee, etc?

On my town there aren't pokestops, so I started with the botting, after the ban wave, all my accounts get perm ban and now im doing this:

Bot and account to level 20, wait 1 day, and play with Nox in Santa Mónica Pier, or in Central Park, there are dratinis and eevees in both

Running 11 bots right now just catching (Pidgey,Caterpie,Weedle,Rattata,and Zubat) level 20-24, soon after all reach lvl 25, I'm focus to catch only Snorlax,Lapras,Dratini,Dragonair,Dragonite till enough, I'm back playing with Memu emulator for the gym.
