I watched this video on GPS snipe

Will this work? , apparently set the GPS to the located pokemon , enter the battle , switch back the GPS location to your originate location and you catch it.

Is this safe to use?

Anyone can clarified this?

I know that instantly sniping will get ban, but did you use the same method?

If Niantic wanted to (and I'm sure they do this), they could match the specific Pokemons coordinates (each pokemon that spawns has an ID, and this ID is tied to GPS coordinates) to your own coordinates and do a quick comparison. If you are catching pokemon that are supposed to be 100 miles away from you, something is up.

But no one knows how niatic is catching botters and snipe at the moment.
Apparently using this method you wont get any softban. But not too sure getting permanent ban in the future.

yup, use pogo app in iphone and snipping, i lost 2 my account

and now i lost 10 my account, not bot 1-2 weeks still banned

Seriously? the method as in spoof location , and you go back to your own location before catching the pokemon? still get ban?
