2nd Ban Wave
After all my accounts were banned during the first ban wave, I decided to make more accounts to test botting with safer settings and behavior. These were made after the API was updated. I am using necrobot 8.6. Each account has its own custom device profile. I used a VPN with an IP address that was located in the same geolocation to make the ptc account, to accept ToS, catch first pokemon, name the character, and bot. I never sniped. Nor did I ever receive a soft ban for catching more than 1000 pokemon or visiting more than 1400 pokestops in a 24 hour period or teleporting. I never went over 3 hours of botting per day. I never exceeded 25 kph. My throws were humanized and nice/great/excellent chance set to 1% and curveball set to 20%. With these precautions taken my 2nd batch of accounts has received its first ban. 1/4 down. I will follow up if the other 3 are banned as well.
I decided to write this to share my experience in coming to the conclusion that there is no safe bot settings. I believe niantic must be banning based on accounts that do not match the API calls 100%. Are there any bots in the community that have accomplished matching the API 100%, or any group who are currently undertaking this task?

I doubt here is a bot with those functions, a group undertaking the task? I'm sure of that, however, I did many test accounts using different bots & configs and ended with the same conclusions, It's not related to exp/h, softbanned or not, pokes per hour or pokestops per hour, the bot itselfs is detected. Spoofing is another story, I made a spoofing account and it's been 9 days so far without any ban nor sofban, playing carefully with it. It is "safe" atm but, I don't know if this one is gonna be banned in future updates.

8.6 is one of the least updated bots since the developer abandoned it. You act like with your scientific testing of a single out-dated bot that every other bot is automatically not safe..
Pokemobbot 2.0 users have not bee banned since the humanization updates.
It's not a ban wave, it's called stupid botting when your bot can evolve 3 pokemon in 1 second whereas a human must wait 25 seconds.. Get real.
Slow botters are back up to the 30's again and NO bans. Fast botters get flagged by their actions and banned HOURLY.

FAKE !
My account are banned after 2 days with 2.0. level 18 in 8km/h etc...

OR you can use any of the other dozens of bots that have humanization settings. I'm not affiliated with any bots, just warning u all not to run default 300k xp/hr settings and expect to not get banned.. you' gotta be slow in the brain to think that botting 1 day straight is human like behavior.. use gomanager then, it uses a newer version of necrobot than 8.6.. lol @ FAKE

Fake, I've got 2 accounts banned with this bot, with its so calld "humanization updates" all the bots are detected so far. the harder you go the faster they hit you, but You'll be catched eventually.

There is no bot available right now that is safe even though some state they are
You bot then you risk being banned

No bot is safe.
If you're getting banned, you're doing it wrong. This is what Niantic wants to see.

Please dont think any of the settings will prevent bans on these API bots...
