The Real Thing behind the Permaban with error read data

First ....sorry for my bad english...

Has anyone ever thinked about that the so called perma ban (the first days of it and not the ones with a email confirmation)....wasn´t really a ban but a very hard problem on the SQL Servers by Niantic ?

I think.....and i got very good reasons for that....that the most read error problems are really bad userfiles on the SQL servers by niantic. It also seens so that Niantic isn´t able to fix the cause of this broken files until now.
But all the World called it permaban....long before Niantic says only one word abaut a ban ....and Niantic take the wave and use it to not gave away the true reason for this error.

Why i think that ?

- First i read an post by a Niantic insider on reddit
- Some of my friends that are not able to use a bot (it knowledge) got this error on her phones....but never bottet.
- All acounts with that error are usable (some bots log in but cant read the inventory....but login IS POSSIBLE) Why should Niantic leave banned axx open ?

What are your thoughts ?

I think the same since I haven't got an email about my account being suspended, but then again I don't really know. I just hope what you said is somehow true and I get it back

IV calculator website/apps are prohibited also (when you enter email account).
You can be banned for this also.

Yes u can login with ur account with pokebot ninja in example, but cant check inventory..

Cant create account that same with the account before too..

hmm i thing this is not the case.
my google acc banned yesterday ago after the big wave..
so they are banning ppl but it takes time to search thru all that database..

For example....try a legit account...never bottet minimum on lucky egg and do the following.
Start to catch a pokemon....but dont use a ball...close the app and dont open next 24h...and tada....you got failed to load data...then take a look with ninja bot and what a surprise....all items are zero.
User table or file broken....and unreadable.
BTW. my ticket for this issue is since 4days open !!! Not closed...nothing else
They seems unable to restore the data......

I thought the same thing. Until over 1 week later i got the actual "your account is temporarily suspended" email. Pretty sure they edit your data to give a read data error once your account has been reviewed and suspected of cheating since they don't have an actual banning method yet in place.

Thats wrong....they have.
2 days ago i make an very aggressive bot to see what happen if i really flagged as a cheater.....it has taken a few hours the my login wont work (no data error or zero items etc) my login credentials simply wont work anymore.

Also.....why they should force a data error when they simply keep the cheaters out.....
Better for the servers.....when they simply cant login!! Also for the traffic....

Believe me or not....there is a huge problem with the data servers...but Niantic dont talk about it.
