Call them, they are usually more flexible over the phone. Tell them that you were looking through your statements and you don't remember making those purchases. If asked, and only if asked, tell them that a family member might have done those purchases without authorization.
Tell them that you tried getting in touch with the developer and that they only send out automated responses on every ticket (which is true). That it has been so for over 2 weeks.

If, and only if that is not enough, tell them that you are trying to do it the correct way by reaching out to the developer and failing that, google, at that you don't want to resort to your bank for a chargeback.

This was actually after I had called them. The guy said that the other purchases were not recent enough to fall under their refund policy. I told him I was not able to get in touch with Niantic, but he still denied the refund request.

You could try it once more, then call your bank and tell them you don't recognize those purchases.

I called them (google Germany) and they told me that this is not possible, because the purchases were done more than 48 earlier and they can't refund me anything.

I told them that I don't know who bought this, maybe my littler sister, but they told me, that either way it is true or not and also if the developer is answering or not it is to late and they can only try to complain by the developer and maybe give me a small refund, but not all the money.

They said they receive every day very many complains about Niantic and many people can't login in their accounts xD

Also if google give you a refund, they don't get anything back from Niantic, so it is not true that Niantic will loose a lot of money because of the refunds, like many people say here ^^

But maybe it is typical Germany.

Maybe if I called directly to the US google support it were easier and not so bureaucratic like in Germany^^

Worked for my banned account,thanks! Reckon I can do the same trick on my normal, non banned, 100% legit account or would the refund request result in a ban? Frankly, I'm kinda done with the entire game.
