Ignore list should work as well! Just remember to set the catchfilter to true and you're good to go!

There are severals things you can do. First off:
1. Check if "Teleport": false, <-- is set to false. If it's true, you jump like a maniac and you can't adjust the rate. So let that be false.
2. "WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour": 8.0, You can change your speed. Thus higher speed, the faster you move, which ends with more pokestops. This doesn't matter if you have "Teleport" set to true. SET IT TO FALSE.
3. "DelayBetweenPlayerActions": 750, This can be adjusted. If you increase the number to, lets say 7500, it'll take even a longer time for you to do anything. This will increase the overall time for all your action, including, transfering, pokestops, catching, recycling, evolving etc.
4. If you're using "Turing", you have the "DelayPokestop": 750,. Just increase this number and it will stop you from proceeding too fast. This will only affect the pokestops and nothing else.

And that's it. Hope you got a bit wiser. Cheers

Soft-banned. Wait 12 hours and try again. If the same problem occur, wait another 12 hours. It'll be gone in maximum 24 hours.

Please explain me this Turing, because when I set delaypokestop to 7500 it remains the same, so in one minute i get 1 pokemon catch and 6 pokestops collected...Do I have to enable someting for Turing or ?
