Theory about the bans

i just only have 1 account its lv 38 and already banned, because used haxton and got like 250k exp/h, ruin the gyms... bot like crazy nonstop... but when got banned i decide to make new account and do the bot again... i used simcard connection for bot.. because it's dynamic ip so i can change ip easly with reconnect trick...
well my new account its lv 27 now since i just make 1 account and never make a tons of id for bot... i run 30km/h bot with new account and still not ban yet.. when lv up ill open my account in phone and then close the apps again... i just remember my main account got banned because bot and get catch flee ban then im just offline like 3/4 hours.. and try to open my account in phone like 2/3 times in 24 hours... i just thinking niantic will ban the account is not even online by phone device coz so manny people said they bot never open like 2 days and get failed data...

Sniped a few 100% iv dratinis and snorlaxes using Nox on a low level non-botted account. Banned.

If you guys actually start to play without botting for real with a fresh account and see what you will catch and how long it will take you to level up till lvl20 then you will have a slight idea how they are banning botters. Forget the humanlike settings
