Anyway IV IS NOT what makes a pkm strong, MOVESET IS
It should be better to add pkm to PokemonsTransferFilter
Except for snorlax and dragonite whose moveset are all in top 20 best movesets, it's better to keep 95+ iv or even 85+ iv to have more chance to catch the best moveset for every pkm. When you find a best moveset pkm with a certain iv, so you can raise the keepminiv for that pkm in PokemonsTransferFilter.
Ok, this is way more complicated than just download your file, but is a way to have a solid team in every moment, instead with your config you will have a strong team after few days of botting

Can anybody help me with the config, im pretty lame with it.

I just want to have the original config, but that it catch all Pokemons
and transfer all Pokemons under 90IV no min. CP keep and still snipe for the stronger and rares ones.

No PokeStop found in your area error usually means an IP ban. You could try using a VPN or setting up a dynamic IP.

If you want HUMAN SPEED you should not set delays to 100 but

And also you should not set throws to false but

i strongly recommend add all pokemons to snipe list. so u can farm stardust & and other pokemons candies for next gens ( or evolve when level cap change) with this u will get around 100k xp/h.
