Means IP ban, use a dynamic IP address to get it working or wait prolly another 30 mins to lift the ban.

i strongly recommend add all pokemons to snipe list. so u can farm stardust & and other pokemons candies for next gens ( or evolve when level cap change) with this u will get around 100k xp/h.
