i don't think there's an exactly time to wait, but i'd recommend 12/24 hours.

If you're using PTC, then your config must be like this:

"AuthType": "ptc",
"GoogleUsername": null,
"GooglePassword": null,
"PtcUsername": "username",
"PtcPassword": "password",

Google username and password must be null, and then ONLY your PTC username and password must be in quotations only like I've displayed above.

you need to slow down speed and decrease perfect chance throw pokeball to avoid softban when sniping
or you just try my config best sniping no softban - Pastebin.com
