No batteling pokemon/other trainers
****ed up evolving system.
Bad servers
Even worse updates.

Not really but i got that mail saying "If we don't respond, consider your account perma terminated"...

You got that email because you submit ban appeal. Its just an automatic email reply.

Soooo,has anyone got unbanned after the so called 7day "hard ban" that niantic hammered?(people implying that users who didn't receive termination email shall have a hope)

Few people in the community are saying that they suddenly got unbanned,even if they were botting,which seems like bs to me."Failed to get data from server" is 99% a perma.

But for what it's worth,if there is someone with solid proof that unbanning is a thing,he may stand up.

As far as I know, NOBODY has received an account termination email yet.. I have nothing but hope but at this point I think everybody should expect the worst.

a lot people have received an account term email. I am one of them, it is just that email is almost the same as the one you send in appeal so no one think so. But it is. They tell us to send in appeal, but all it do is run another auto check on the account and that is all.

Hi guys, new fella of the team purple here.
had 2 accounts,
1 has been getting the purple thing, google lvl25 no email received, sent an email and just got an automated reply. it doesnt say anything about being banned or not. ticket still open.
the other is not since i stopped botting it around 2weeks ago. google lvl 6.

so i had created a new account and tried the lvl 25 name. and it went through. still no emails or whatsoever so i had expected that it is already gone.
it would have been good if they sent me a termination email. but this is the worst.

latest is on lvl 12 started yesterday.

So after having my Main account perma banned 7 days ago, Niantic finally sent me the email so its safe to say that if your account is banned already, expect that email to hit your inbox sooner or later. also, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SAFE BOTTING. not with the current API most bots use to communicate with the server. unfortunately there is no clean clone API which some developers belive is the reason Niantic has been able to identify those who have botted. any who, this game is pretty much dead for me. but ill be creating some more accounts to bot on just for the hell of it.

I don't know if this can help u somehow, but i'll post it anyway.

So far i still have 2 bots active till now.

1) Lev 24. 30/7 - I just had one catch flee once. It is still working. Running around my house (2km radius) at 15km/h. I've caught 2 dragonite around the world using this "trick". After 8 hours or more offline, i've logged in the right spot, caught my dragonite, quitted the game, and relogged 24 hours later. Account still working.

2) Lev 25. 15/8 - It is just running around my house 15 km/h with 2 km radius. 5/10k exp/h. No more than 6 hours a day.

Bot used: pokemobbot.

Theories behind:
Ok, the api is broken, understood, but i'm trying to not get flagged, and playing my game without getting too much attention. I'm running around my house cause i suspect that if my ip location is different from the gps location, i'd be suspected. If i'd get "softbanned" i'd stop botting istantly.
I still have to login from my device even once with account n.2, and when i'll do it, the first thing i'll do will be changing my name (useless maybe, but worth a try)
I have a 3rd account banned, after catching a dragonite, and for this reason i suspect that i have to say goodbye to account n.1.
One more thing to consider is that i never bot 2 or more accounts simultaneously.
One last thing is that i've changed the Device id in the config, even if i've generated two different config for the two accounts.

Sorry if these infos are useless, but i hope that can help some of u somehow =)

I never submitted a ban appeal or any other request to Niantic and just got an email telling me my account is terminated. It is pretty much the same as the auto sent one that others got for contacting Niantic but this one starts out with "Your account is terminated".

Using the same bot and its been working just fine for me for about a week now. I logged onto an account on my phone and picked a team the other day. Seems good still so far. We'll see, keep me updated!

After account ban, made ptc account.. Necrobot 9.0.0 runs fine with human settings (couple hours a day.. at 13 km/h with 2.5 km radius. 3 to 4 hours, then close for couple of hours and again. Couple catchflee's but still up. Maybe we need to wait till next ban wave (when gyms are full of botters again, muhaha)
