Well WTF, been watching this guy HOW TO GET (EASY) MACHAMP!! NEW MACHOP NEST POKEMON GO 1.3.1 - YouTube and he keep saying he hasn't been banned, he jumps all over the place. so who gets banned and who doesnt , doesn't make sense. Had my main banned for sniping and or spoofing and i understand my bots but my main was the same shit he was doing.

Niantic doesnt make sence at all, a college of mine has like 10 accounts and non of them are banned, and he botted/spoofed/sniped with all of them

Everyone saying if you've ever botted you'll surely (eventually) get banned...
How do we know 100% this is true?

For instance, I have 3 accounts. 2 have been botting+sniping since only 1 or 2 days before first perma-ban wave started. The 3rd I just started last night.
Levels are 27, 24, and 21. All Google accounts. None have been perma-banned... though I have been hit with hella softbans and gotten the "humble" server response at least once on each (restarting the app/device I'm using always fixed that issue)

If I haven't already been perma-banned, how certain can I be that Ill get banned one day - even if I were to stop botting now?
Is there any reason to stop botting now if it wouldn't help increase my chances of staying safe?

My main has every Poke, including a few extra continent specifics to give out to friends whenever we get trading. If I played it legit from now on, is there ANY chance itll stay active or am I just playing a waiting game with a time bomb account?

it depends. you've botted your account since the banwave (or before). it means that niantic already knew your account behaviour. if you heavily bot your account (playing 24/7, traveling too fast, sniping, etc), then its a time bomb. your account is going to be banned. soon. but if you just staying at a place, not going anywhere too far, theres a SMALL chance that your account will survive, beside so many human-like botters still got banned. you could just wait like 24 hours before you login it to your phone (no guarantee)

i play legitly from 1 to 21 with 1 of my account and then botted (+sniping) from 21 to 24 for 1 day (before the banwave). got all the continent specifics pokemon, and 128 pokedex. and its still survive, and ill never bot it again.

i still believe theres a chance that my account will be banned. but no one knows. its still survive for a week atm.

Give it time. Everyone who bot or spoof will get banned. I have had several accounts banned serveral days apart. My main is still not banned along with 5 others. I got bored with the game and sniped over 700 rare pokemons on my main account. There are so many accounts Niantic probably cant ban them all at once. It takes time

sorry, this may seem like a dumb qns.. but can bot users get sued?

No, they won't waste their time on the users.. the only people who can get in legal trouble are people providing the bots if they even pursue them. Some main people involved did get C&D letters but once they received that they just stop and nothing else will really happen

Im still in the dark about my account. Got banned on sunday. Appealed. But still no response. i want my account back! u.u

I do think i have some new information, which confirms what we already thought.



Because i was quite pissed on Niantic i cancelled my payments in the Appstore (within the legal 14 days) on the account i didn't cheat/bot at all.
Guess what: Since today my account is not accesible anymore: Cannot get game data....
Think i'm banned for withdrawing my money and cancel but still used the pokecoins to get items in the game. So therefore i am banned. No ban screen, but: Failed to get....

So i think this will confirm what we already thought: The "Failed to get -screen" is a ban. There is no ban screen yet.

FINALY 1 week on the day sence the ban wave started and sence my main acc was data errored.
i got the deletion mail today.

Just got unbanned after 3 days, thats it for me I wont even use location spoofing and pokego++. Will go 100% legit from now on.

Already had my goals completed

1. 40 lvl
2. 11 Dragonites(100% + 3500CP)(1 for pokedex and 10 for gyms)
3. All pokemons above 90%(about 50 r 100%)
4. About 100 r fully upgraded to max CP
5. All pokemons have above 1000 candies except about 10 which have above 500
6. More than 2mill stardust remaining

I don't think anyone has actually been unbanned...there hasn't been any actual proof of it. I doubt anyone using some kind of cheat will get unbanned.
