im not even sure about that. The two popular pokemongo subreddits has no thread(s) from people complaining about getting a ban. There might be a few that claimed so, but who knows if they were actually legit.

Well I didn't do anything on my main account other then loggin in on pokeadvisor myself and I can confirm that it's also getting same error as this so-called ban. I have no reason to lie what so ever. PS : neither do my friends.

I believe you, but apparently pokeadvisor is considered to be cheating to as it uses your data to analyze the IV? Or thats what I've seen youtubers post. So if they are even banning people who only used pokeadvisor, theres barely anyone playing this game now? lol

the pokeadvisor database is still there even tough it shutdown.... so all they need to do is look up the names and ban em lol.

Well I'm sure some of you know this youtuber, trainertips.... He mentions that he uses pokeadvisor. So if he ever posts a video where he got banned, I guess they really banning people just for pokeadvisor.

Attachment 37508. Welp I just checked my ticket.. It's solved with no email reply... I just submitted another one with a longer explanation. Not expecting a reply.. Sorry guys Niantic gives 0 shits about us.

I don't believe for a second that anyone is actually reviewing the contested bans over at Niantic.

I am sure the process is seeing if the account is flagged and if so then they mark it as a valid ban and they move on. They probably are not reading your statements nor doing any detailed investigation.

No, he covered up his name so people didn't report him and get him banned. Cmon, use common sense.

Then wait for 3 days for your other account. Say good bye while you can. Don't believe me, meke sure you check your other account next 3 days. Its super slow process but sure you will be banned. Lol

I know, really hope your wrong though. Had 2 botted accounts and neither can login. 3 accounts that have never been botted or spoofed are still alive. Had all accounts opened on the same devices (tablets, + multiple phones) multiple times. The only ones that got the hammer are ones that were built by bots a few weeks ago. I understand what your saying about devices but not sure if that's the case. At least it has not happened YET Trying to figure this out just like everyone else. We had gotten back from a family vacation last wed so I had driven cross country taking gyms and catching Pokemon the normal way with the kids. Pretty sure that does not make a difference but I know for sure all the families accounts have been opened on all our devices over the past 3 weeks and only the 2 that have seen a bot or spoof were banned. First ban happened Friday for me

We recently discovered that the Pokémon GO account creation process on iOS erroneously requests full access permission for the user’s Google account. However, Pokémon GO only accesses basic Google profile information (specifically, your User ID and email address) and no other Google account information is or has been accessed or collected. Once we became aware of this error, we began working on a client-side fix to request permission for only basic Google profile information, in line with the data that we actually access. Google has verified that no other information has been received or accessed by Pokémon GO or Niantic. Google will soon reduce Pokémon GO’s permission to only the basic profile data that Pokémon GO needs, and users do not need to take any actions themselves.
