does anyone here pretend to play legit? If you were botting there's nothing to cry about, just move on to the next acc. But if you did play legit there is a reason to rage, which is what's happening there

lv 28 and its my main id that i create before global release and bot it from lv 20 " cannot get data from server " for 2 days
after 1 perma ban i stop boting all my id
2 id lv 33 , 1 lv 30 and 1 lv 28 : all bot from lv 1 still safe no bot again

And you ever botted with your main account that got banned?
Interesting because the only account that got taken away from me was my main account, the one I botted less but had before the global release as well and I was lvl 25 playing legit and then got bored, botted a few times and got to 33. Got banned xD "supposedly"

I got an account unbanned, my second acc, one that had the log in error, NOT one with the pokestop thingy. Fun fact this was an acc that I was testing on, with ridiculous settings on necro

Edit. my lvl 32 acc still has the failed to log in, it was my main also...

Edit2. managed to catch a pidgey, 2nd try, everything looks normal

So the account you got back from the server data issue was at what level? And you just botted a little for tests?

Now listen up folks, I also have this problem "failed to get game data from server" So I have been searching, searching and searching and building up a theory which is actually realistic.
First I tried to mix a bit my self. I reinstalled the app, made a new account and tried to use my old nickname (the one with the error), and it said it was taken. That means if my account was deleted, which it isn't I would've been able to take that time. Try it out yourself.

Anyway, here is my theory.
Many youtubers, bloggers etc says that this is a permanent ban. But then the error would been different, or what? I think that Pokemon GO is trying to catch the botters, so they give this error to "all" who they think has botted out of their logs, even several legit users get this to, and then they create a ban appeal forum so "BOTTERS" will appeal and say like "I have never botted etc". When they receive the report, they check if the person actual have botted or not, and if he is - in a few days the real botters get banned, and the innocent gets the error away.

This seems to be realistic right? Since none on this forum I assume haven't been able to bypass the error, people who says it is removed says it for attention.

Come on, give your opinions.

EDIT: People who say it is a permanent ban, just do it for get attention and scare people. People who say they removed the error, says it for attention. From my experience, forums can be easily created, shared and boom roumours are spread. There is no evidence, right? Pokemon GO haven't said any shit about this, so don't listen to the liars. Listen to the people who speak true.

Just go with it being a perma ban and move on. There is no secret here. Niantic don't have to say anything.

I believe that they are right, I had 3 botted accounts and none of them got banned. I created a new one the day the "ban wave" arrived and used a new bot and let it run for almost 24 hours non stop and got banned. I was able to log in again a few hours later and I started the bot again to see what was going to happen and got banned again 5 minutes later so imo they are right.

At no point I was able to login via my phone or emulator so I dont know if I would've received the "no data" error but I couldn't get loot/exp from pokestops and pokemon fled away straight when trying to give berry.

Maybe then niantic will stop going after the remaining botted accounts, that are currently still working

was at lvl 26 and I botted it again a bit yesterday to level 27 no snipe just farming and catching pkmn. I will not bot past the end of 29, and I will manually get it to lvl 30

PokeBotNinja shows how many Pokestops it looted and how many Pokémon it has caught.
