Is this just a server issue? Or is this niantic banning accounts? I have seen people who got banned with notifications saying they did when they tried to log in

yesterday my acc lvl 30 fully botted work just fine until i take down one gym not even put any pokemon on that gym... and today, it was "failed get data from server"... IMO : I guess fighting on gym was one of factor...

MY wifes account on her phone, which ive never botted on, just got the login perm ban message...and the only link between that account and my 3 botted ones are the wifi.

seems theres no logic being used here.

Anyway I'm not planing to play more than 3 month. I get bored in any game as quickly 3 month continues playing.

for those that didnt bot and got banned i feel sorry for... but for those that bot and got banned (i dont care if you do) you KNEW there was a risk of getting banned!!!!! ... but why cry about it? you didnt do anything to get where you were!!! so just start botting again and call it a day... anywho unless you live in the most rural of areas just get ur ass outside and walk and play legit for the time being!! problem solved.

OMG Finally!!! After 50+h of getting the "failed get data from server"-error i managed to login to my 3 highest accounts (lvl38,36 & 36). I'm so lucky that i got all of my IV100 Dragonites back... thought i lost them forever.

I got mad cuz I waited for 2 days for my level 30 acc to get unbanned, still getting that data message so I made new acc, now I'm level 23 with 3x 100 IV dragonites best movesets, 1x 100iv snorlax best moveset and 3000 dratini candies, **** Niantic lmao.

Are all these messages "failed to get data" "No data from server" "problem retrieving data from server" all the same?

Because I have the other one, in my 2 accs that got banned i simpl get the picture with the many pokemon that says "Our Servers Are Humbled By Your Incredible Response blablabla"

Also, befoe the ban, I managed to place a high cp high iv drgonite on a gym, making it level 8. I made a new account and the dragonite with my username is still there.

Does anyone think there is hope for this account if character is still on and my error message is that pokemon party image?
