They definitely have some type of parameters to be met before you get banned, and in my opinion instead of trying to figure out when we will maybe be unbanned, maybe we should look what those parameters are to avoid future ban?

I think the ban issue is mainly for accounts who used Pokesniper.

I have 3 accounts + 1 girlfriends account. Accounts used in EUROPE - GERMANY, first ban yesterday 17:00 CET - receiving no data error -

1. Main Account, lvl 33, placed in 3 gyms, bot setting in my local area, speed not more then 50km/h - banned -> sniped with pokesniper
2. Side Account, lvl 35, no gym, bot setting in pier 39 not more then 50km/h - banned -> sniped with pokesniper
3. Side Account, lvl 34, no gym, bot setting in pier 39 not more then 50km/h - NOT banned -> no sniper used

Girfriends account: lvl 21, no gym, no bots, only real playing - BANNED -> but used pokesniper 2 times to get a dragonite for her

No not really because I logged into my friend's account to snipe her some rares that she wanted. And her account is still standing strong.

I have been banned by using PokeNinja and no pokesniping and I put the bot in a town. around 66km away, lowered my xp/h down to 9k~ and still got banned.

Okay, just saw this things linked together. but i cannot explain why account 3 is not banned but my girlfriends one which really never used third party stuff expect the 2 times where i sniped dragonite for her.....

Set up a new account yesterday whilst mine was "can't loot pokestops" softbanned.

Necrobot got the new acccount to level 22 before it was softbanned with "cant catch pokemon". Bot tries to 45 spin reset the ban but it does not work

I never used pokesniper and never sniped. I only ever GPS spoofed or bot'd to locations within a timeframe that was realistic based on travel via google maps. To emphasise this point further I only ever 'travelled' within a 30km radius and always allowed 30 mins (60km/h) between jump points. From my POV they have an algorithm based on multiple inputs which may include things like time online, potentially cell tower data correlated against GPS data, etc. Either way, good on em. I only bot'd because my local gyms were being overrun by people running bots. Can't beat 'em, join 'em. And now I joined 'em in defeat It's all good.
