Hey guys and gals .. im not a genius and def. not a dev or creator of any program .. but all day today i have been trying to log on to my account and have been getting the failed to receive game data bullcrap .. so just now like 2 minutes ago .. i went to google playstore and uninstalled pokemon go , then i reinstalled it . it asked for my birthday i put it in clicked ptc and logged in with no problem .. not sure if this will help anyone but it did help me .. Hope this helps out some people .

I have 6 accounts, all run the same config (necrobot)
All faked ip (1 for each)
My main got 145 on pokedex and others don't
This morning, we all got same error (pokemon flees, snipping is fine)
It have been around 12hrs and my main got per. ban (or can't get data message) and others are fine

Hello I am a long time lurker and wanted to pitch in here. I have a level 37 account which at first I just played in a busy area with Nox. Two weeks ago I started using necrobot only for exp and then started sniping. The first week I was snipping manually and just teleporting anywhere in the world and would manually remove softban. I have probably been softbanned like 50 times at least. Then last week I just configured necrobot to do everything for me including sniping. Last night, right before I went to sleep, I noticed that on necrobot 4 pokemon had fleed on the first attempt in a row but saw that I got exp at a pokestop so I didnt think much of it. When I woke up I checked the bot before I went to work and notice every pokemon was fleeing, but I was still able to loot pokestops. Was in a rush to get to work so I just left the bot running. About 7 hours later I read about the bans and remoted into my home computer to shut off the bot. Logged in 3 hours later and my account was fine. Have been farming pokestops and catching pokemon using Nox. I don't know how my account could have avoided the banwave. My two theories are either the banwave is not finished yet or maybe they forgave me because I bought 200 USD worth of pokecoins since I started playing. My account is a google account. Did anyone who spent a decent amount of money at their shop get banned?

I was same like you, I did bought USD4.99 for 550 pokecoins to upgrade my bag and poke storage. Probably niantic was just gave me a chance for just a pokestop softban warning. Now is only my second account was fully unable to login and stuck at the retry screen. My second account is fully botted at NYC from the beginning until the end with connected to VPN in a virtual Windows 10 running by VMWare Workstation. Now my main account was back to normal but second account was hard banned.

Its just a server status website no personal info is needed to check....so maybe theres hope

Ive noticed the accounts i sniped on (changed to different countries to collect pokemon) were banned. Even when i paid to upgrade bags etc. I still have one account that is not banned but location of him has stayed in the same place.

Old gmail account still locked out
New PTC account created with the SAME nickname as gmail.. (not sure what this means) It is currently botting away on mild settings pulling a cool 10k xp/hr. Plan to run it until it hits level 20.

No, make sure you don't bot at foreign country. Set your coordinate to your local and use your personal real IP address. Make sure to restart your modem/router everyday to change your IP address to avoid being tracked by niantic.

botting at foreign country is totally fine. I have a couple of surviving acct that are still botting in tokyo

ran a sniper bot config for 120k exp/hr for about4 days straight. Sniped a LOT of pokemon all over the world. Botted in tokyo, sf, central park, santa monica, you name it. sniped dragonites/snorlax/lapras/all the goodies using cords along with the autosniper for everything.

I only got a small softban. Not sure how I made it out alive and some of you didn't.
Only different I really see is that I used only one account the entire time and it was my main (if I got hardbanned id be left with nothing lol)

Last time I will state it as no one read my post. If you can't log-in on an account because "we're busy server status" or "Retry" cause we can't connect you, but other accounts can, your BANNED (FOR-EVER tm Sandlot). We give 2 shits about the message they cycle to you. The accounts with the message are gone. They will delete you information after the appeal window. Bye.
