Don't worry; there is no such thing as a "permanent softban". Either you're temporarily softbanned or you're permanently banned from even obtaining a login token.

Already 4 hours since I can't loot from pokestops. They all just comes out "try again later" message.

Same ip, same device, 2 different accounts, same server connection - 1 is working, 1 is not working - guaranteed it's not SERVER issue otherwise I couldn't connect with 1 account and working.

all my level 30 and above accounts are banned. level 20 was not banned and still running.
the temporary ban occur when using one of the following:
1) Haxton bot
2) Necrobot and
3) pokesniper 2

I'm still waiting to get into the game... Really not sure how long this will last. Been about 5-6hrs of "Failed to get game data from the server."

can login with my 40 level snipe account, was sniping all night. only have catch flee ban atm, can use pokestops, gyms. have login problem sometimes but probably server issue

Using like below:

1. PokemonGo-Bot-master - not banned (but I am not using it anymore) it was working this morning, while the next client wasn't working
2. PokeFarmer - account banned

I am 99,99% sure it's no server problem and that it's banned for good. What I am not sure, is if the wave has ended or it's still going and it takes time till it gets to everyone (which I doubt a bit, I think it's done for now but will restart and ban others if still using hacks).

Agreed. Sorry guys but I just can't buy it being the servers. The Pokemon Go reddit has absolutely NOTHING on this issue so it's very likely to only be affecting botters/spoofers who are too afraid to ask about it there.

We knew the risk when we started so w/e about the account getting banned but for me I am just so angry that forgetting to turn off the bot before I left my work office has resulted in this.

Botting using necro at the moment with much lower speed 5km/h and all seems fine (then I had default 15km/h speed was getting soft banned).

Just logged in on the account still running, added a lure on a pokestop and tried to catch a Pokemon, working perfectly - i didn't test this in the morning so I wanted to see if all is running well (looting pokestops also work) so for now I am good with one account, main account level 31 - where I have some 3000+ Dragonite, 2700+ Snorlax.

I won't get upset even if they ban this account as well, when I started to use hacks I knew what will follow, you never escape from this kind of shit .

This is not relevant, 1 week ago some of my account coudnt log in while others work perfect ( wasnt just me) and if i try to log with one of this accounts on ptc website it tells me my char lvl is 1. After few hours everything solve itself and my char lvl and pokemons show corectly. It is very probably that they dont store all account information o same server same database, and if one of the servers fail thats why only some accounts are affected while others dont and also thats why new fresh accounts can log in....

Hope & pray it's this, as I could really use that account as well for some gyms .

But I have my doubts and I also have that secure feeling that it's done for the 2nd account (logging in from the same device, ip etc...)

yes me to forgot my main account . im not bot so often.. this is shit .. but we must understood the risk
