The writer actually point out the problem. Which is what happened to me as well. I used Sytharixe build for Haxton and get this problem. Seems like Niantic realize our massive EXP exploit and block our access to catch Pokémon. But I don't think this will last forever. I do agree this is new, we just have to wait and see. Those who still able to catch Pokémon. you guys probably use a safe config which is a wise decision. Keep calm guys.
