I too am experiencing this "catchflee" softban/error. I immediately cut both of my bots off. I really do think this is to flag our accounts. Anyone running bots is sending info to the server each time a catchflee occurs. Time to wait patiently I guess to see what this really is ...

I may have encountered a permban here.

Main account (Google login) is working perfectly from both Bluestacks and cell phone.

Bot account (Google login) can't even login on the server using Necrobot, Bluestacks or cell phone. The latter throws a "Failed to get game data from the server." message.

It does not seem like a server issue. As the other guy said he tried it with his non-botting account and it worked perfectly.
I did the same and my non-botting account can login without any problems. But my bot account gives "failed to get data...." error.
So does not seem like a server issue to me.

Condition #1 when Pokestops do work, but Pokemon always Catch Flee

OR

Condition #2 when Pokestops don't work, but can catch Pokemon

No it's not the usual Soft Ban (when we can do the quickspin trick to unban).
And, no, it's not the usual IP Ban (when we can change IP / use VPN to unban)

Quickspin / changing IP / using VPN will not work against these new types of ban.

Nobody find the proper, real, confirmed working solution just yet, but,
devs advised to let it cool off (stop playing with that account) for few hours and try
if the ban has gone.

login failed because ure account is stacked on login because server issue...ppls who login with bot when the servers issue come it will be same... 20 mins ago im do bot, when i was open my id in my phone it will said login failed, after i reconnect my internet connection, i can login again.... its just server issue... but for real we all talking the NEW BRAND BAN....CAN OPEN POKESTOP BUT CANT CATCH POKEMON..

Tried sniping on my side account, got weird error. Upgraded still getting error, and now I can't log onto that account am getting a message can't receive data from server. My other two accounts are working fine, so it's definitely something weird going on.

Also I had to make an account to reply to this dip. You call us clowns, why don't you test it out yourself. Nowhere did anyone say the servers are unstable. there is something going on here. Please don't go spouting shit out your mouth (or type it out) when you have no idea what you're talking about. And please work on your grammar instead of playing pokemon go.
