i have a question regarding 100% IV Dratini's. i caught dratini's with 100% IV. my question is do i need to power up it or straight evolve up to dragonite? will it change the % of IV if: i straight evolve it or power up then evolve? thanks.

Is not down and it happens 1hr ago only and is intermittent not consistent ... Something scan successful sometime return error... I am pretty sure niantic is doing something there ... Either they are hardening it further or they are catching

Is the location for dratini still valid? I've looked to the location from my pokemon go live map and no dratini is there? Many magikarp instead.

But those are valid location and it has never happen before as I was the one who put in those location
