Dratini Hunter for Necro Bot Config

May be Niantic chaged Nest of Dratini.
No dratini to catch with this config.

you cant catch a dratini with this config anymore. you already know the answer. it because once you jumped in other location, for sure softban. if you are softban, you cant catch pokemon it will always flee. and one more thing i experienced this.last week that this work, they ban my account lvl27. i can snipe snorlax,dragonoir,dragonite but after an hour, i cant login anymore at surely its perma ban.
