Noob question: What should I use with the default lat and long? Should I just use the default given in the config or change it to my coordinates?

Should I set my coordinates using the OP latitude using nox or just use what was in the config. I'm confused need help

Yes, as long as you don't get any softban, you can safely keep this running for 24h.

i noticed some of pokemons have (Catchescape), and some have (catchflee) when they escape..
both last for 1 turn - 2 max, so there is no softban.

CatchFlee = Pokemon fled (gone completely)
CatchEscape = Pokemon broke out of Pokeball (you can try again to catch)
