i have used both. again, almost exact copies of pokevision. the biggest difference is since they are new they are smaller and don't have that many cached but functionality is the same

Not possible. I run the gps location on pokesnipe nothing is coming up except "pokemon not found" on each one I type in.

Sorry if this is a noobie question... but how/why do you avoid getting banned if u teleport to the exact location of a rare pokemon and then teleport back to throw ur pokeballs? Doesn't the game still detect your teleportation?

It works that way because you teleport back before performing any actions that confirm you changed locations (Throwing a pokeball, using a pokestop, etc).

So some people are just putting random cords/pokemons to troll people
