Pretty sure you can still teleport to the location start the snipe, before throwing a ball, teleport back to original location, finish the snipe, and no soft ban. This was the method before yesterdays fiasco... not sure if that still works today. Maybe someone else can confirm.

EDIT: I was just able to confirm that this method of sniping still works!!!

Show me an actual screen shot you're capturing it with that message including the time stamp. Here. I will Even give you an example: Electabuzz : 34.008,-118.498 (Santa monica)
