Run the BotManager.exe once. Make sure you click to download the latest version. It will download and compile several different bots and place them in their respective folders. Then exit the bot.
One of the folders will be /BotManagerV1.0/Necro/Release/
Step 2: Getting the actual latest version of NecroBot
Extract the contents of NecroBot to /BotManagerV1.0/Necro/Release/
Run NecroBot once and follow the setup, enter coordinates, language and any user account
Step 3: Starting Bot Manager again
Run BotManager.exe again. DO NOT click that you want the latest version. If you do it will overwrite the version you just extracted.
Remove any accounts that you still have added in the BotManager.exe
Re-add all accounts using NecroBot
That should be it. After this you should be good to go. I am up and running again myself. Please be careful to check the new config of Necro so that it matches your desires in terms of transfering and evolving Pokémon. Take five minutes to do this and try on an account that you do not care about to make sure you got it right first.

I went to "Bot Manager batch file creator: Bot Manager Config Gen by aveavaeva" and gave me this: "AuthType:Ptc,PtcUsername:test123584,PtcPasswordasswordis584,DefaultLatitude:33.633511709084274,DefaultLongitude:125.87992525100 708". After that I opened a .txt and pasted in it there and saved it as Accounts.bat but when I go to Botmanager and click "add bots" and paste in the batch directory and hit save to add all the accounts I get an error message saying "could not find the file". What do?
Can you try change all coordinates in the config file to use "," instead of "."? This has fixed that issue for some people.

I am currently running 20+ accounts on a very aggressive config and not getting any soft bans on Necro. Could you provide a little bit more information?
