you probably either need to add "@gmail.com" to your username or disable 2-factor auth as it is not supported by the API.

Not working, entered information as usual as the other programs get this error.

Not at this moment. It only keeps one (the best one) of each family/evolution group. But it will keep a Pidgey if that Pidgey has a better IV% than the best Pidgeot. And if you specified CP/IV minimums, it will also keep the Pokémon matching those stats.
