If you use 8787's config then GPX is useless. You get your pokemons from snipping (make sure you use Distinyi's complie version) not from walking/teleporting.

Regarding the evovles it's because it will only evolve them when you are at 90% (default) of your pokemon inventory.

to change it/evolve pokemons faster change the setting "EvolveKeptPokemonsAtStorageUsagePercentage": 0.9, to 0.5 or something

I set it to 0.5, it just evolves on a more regular basis rather then waiting 'till your pokemon inventory is almost full, personal preference.
