Just pop open your config.json and find the line that reads

"TotalAmountOfPokebalsToKeep"

Change the current value of 999 to something more reasonable like 200. Should clear that right up for ya.

Regarding the evovles it's because it will only evolve them when you are at 90% (default) of your pokemon inventory.

to change it/evolve pokemons faster change the setting "EvolveKeptPokemonsAtStorageUsagePercentage": 0.9, to 0.5 or something

copy the auth and config to this and restart your bot!
